Shipping & Return Policy


At Gandalfenergy we understand how important purchase is for you and to receive the purchased products in the finest condition. We have adopted all the necessary steps to ensure that you receive your products on time, one of which is by partnering with a large network of couriers to deliver your products at the fastest time possible.

Your product will be delivered to you within 3-14 working days. If for any reason we will not be able to dispatch your order, you will be notified.

Currently we provide shipping for our products to EU (European Union) countries.
Orders ship from the EU.


Our Returns policy is applicable only if:

  • The products were damaged when you got it delivered
  • You received a wrong item
  • You have a valid and genuine return reason

We do not entertain returns for products that you have ordered by mistake. We always recommend that you make sure that the product, quantities and all other attributes are in accordance to your needs.

If you wish to return the product within 30 days from the date of delivery. Unless you received a damaged product, the returned items:

  • Should be in an undamaged and unused condition
  • Should be returned in the original packaging
  • Should be sent through a trusted and reliable courier
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

The shipping charges to return the items should be borne by the customers. We would not be responsible for any damages to the products while being returned.

If the products you have received is damaged or a wrong order, we offer a free replacement of the products that you had originally ordered.

To return a Product, please mail us to info[at] and we will get back to you with procedure in 24 hrs.

Once we receive the product


Once we receive the returned product, we will begin processing the refund. Our team will inspect the item to ensure that it’s in the same condition as when it was shipped. Once we confirm the condition of the item, we will process the refund and notify you via email. Please note that it may take several business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment processor.

In case you cancel your order before it was dispatched, haven’t got it delivered or the order is lost, you would be eligible for the whole refund of the order amount.


If a product has not been downloaded, we may be able to provide a refund.

However, as a digital product seller, we do not offer refunds or returns for products that have been downloaded due to the nature of digital goods. We understand that customers may not be able to fully evaluate a product before downloading it, and we strive to provide clear product descriptions and accurate representations of our products. If there is an issue with the download or the file is corrupted, we are happy to assist with resolving the problem. We aim to provide high-quality digital products and a positive customer experience for all of our clients.
